Screen Shots
This is Manage Your Contacts' main screen. The color scheme can be set to whatever you want via an easy point-and-click interface. The program is very straight-forward: which means you can easily add, edit, and browse your contact entries without spending a lot of time learning how. Navigating your entries couldn't be easier, and there are several intuitive ways to do so. One of the most convenient ways is by using the list box that displays to the right of the main screen. The list box enables you to quickly and easily locate and move to any entry and gives you a general feel for what's in the database so that you're not just working with "tunnel vision" going from entry to entry.

If you have a lot of entries, you'll definitely like the way Manage Your Contacts helps you search, filter, and sort them into meaningful information. For example, you can view only the entries of people that work at XYZ Corporation and live in Texas, and then have it sorted by the last name and then first name.
Another example: you have a mixed list of personal and business contacts. You want to mail Christmas cards to all your personal contacts and a few special business contacts. With a little planning, you have put the key word "Christmas" in the notes section of the contacts that you want to send Christmas cards to. Now you can simply tell Manage Your Contacts to pull up only those entries with the word Christmas contained in the notes and you're ready to print mailing labels for just those contacts.
